After completing your order, you will receive an email with a download link to the pattern as PDF.

Please note that this is a digital product only – no physical item or yarn are included with your purchase.

Should you have problems downloading your file, please try opening the link in a different browser or on another device. If the issue persists, contact us at support@woolfun.net. We aim to help with all download issues within 48 hours.

All patterns are carefully test knitted and proofread, but mistakes can still happen. If you believe you have found an error in a pattern, please contact us at support@woolfun.net with the pattern name, the section where the error occurs, and a short description of the issue.

We greatly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the patterns and correct any mistakes as quickly as possible.

If you need understanding specific knitting techniques used in the pattern, we recommend searching for video tutorials on YouTube, where you can find helpful step-by-step guides for many techniques and stitches.
